- The Outcome: A final design where every selection—from flooring to fixtures—is documented, leading to an accurate, fixed-price contract.
- Pre-Construction Planning
- The Goal: Setting the stage for a seamless transformation.
- What Happens: Your Crew Lead (Tyler or James) joins the team to coordinate subcontractors, pull permits, and finalize the construction schedule.
- The Outcome: A published project timeline and a dedicated team ready to execute your vision.
- The Active Transformation
- The Goal: Delivering uncompromising quality on a clean, safe jobsite.
- What Happens: Our skilled crew begins work. You receive weekly site visits and bi-weekly Owner Meetings to stay updated on every milestone.
- The Outcome: Real-time progress with consistent oversight and our signature “Clean Sweep” daily standard.
- Completion & Final Handover
- The Goal: Ensuring your 100% satisfaction as you move back in.
- What Happens: We perform a final, detailed walkthrough and punch list with you to ensure every detail meets our standards.
