How organized they are from first contact to bid to actual work! They worked with me on downsizing the project. They scheduled shortly after my acceptance & not only were the workmen professional & gentlemen; Mitch was there at times to oversee their great work! I am very happy with CornersTone & my new porch railings! I recommend them highly!

Mitch tore down our old wooden deck, built a new covered roof structure and installed new composite decking. He and his crew always showed up on time, cleaned up the site every day, and were very personable to me and my wife and kids during work days. They would always ask about certain finishings and decision making during the progress of the project. Project was completed on time and exactly on the quoted budget. No surprises (which is rare from my experiences with other contractors). Their subs (electrical, roofing, gutters, and paint) were all excellent quality and stand up guys just like his crew. I have already recommended Mitch and Cornerstone to a few neighbors who have been eyeing my project for the past couple of weeks.

Recently, we had our deck and pergola restored (succinctly, reconstructed) by Cornerstone Construction, Olatha, KS. We could not have been more pleased! The craftsmanship was superb, the professionalism was outstanding, and their friendliness was very genuine and so very welcomed!

Outstanding finish work, hardwood flooring, HVAC, Stucco, and second painting contractors. CCS PM was excellent.

Mitch is professional and personable. Friendly and shows up when says and gets work done on schedule. If complications he keeps me in informed in changes in schedule.
