This is a contractor who coordinates turn-key project completions through a combination of Self-perform Employees, Material Vendors, and Subcontractors.

Yes, our business insurance includes; General Liability, Workman’s Comp, and Commercial Vehicle Insurance.
We accept most forms of payment. We do require a 10% deposit and then we will bill progressively throughout the project as scope of work is substantially completed.
We have a Class A contractors license and have the ability to pull permits in any City recognizing the Johnson County Licensing standards. We assess each job to determine if this is repairs and maintenance or if structural, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing modifications require a permit.
What is the process you subscribe to managing the project? Will it be you or someone else?
A change order reserved for changes to add or subtract from the project scope of work only as directed by the Client through a formal request.
Yes, it is best if you’re a part of this process so that we can make sure that you are getting what you’re expecting, this is your project after all!
This is really dependent on the customer and their personal situation. If you’re planning to stay, a remodel is a great idea. If you’re planning to sell, I would not always recommend remodeling unless you have significant repairs and maintenance that needs to be done to keep the value of your home from missing its true value.
Phone, Text, or Email. I prefer to adapt to the client’s preferred method.
Only as you direct it to. We do provide allowances for materials that will be solely based on your material selection, i.e. Counter tops, faucets, tile materials, shower doors, etc. The only change you will get from us are the ones that you’re requesting or that are affected by the product you select.
This varies depending on your project. Our average project duration is 8 weeks with the longest being 4 months.
Manpower availability due to vacations or illness. Adverse weather. Subcontractor availability. Material Availability.
The short answer, whichever materials you want to afford to have installed. We plan to use the best materials available at the time of your project. You will ultimately determine what quality you want by how much you’re willing to pay for it, i.e. composite decking, tile, waterproofing systems, etc.
